Yes, mold can be cleaned from tiles with pressure washing system. In some occasions if the mold is deep in the grout the grout may need to be replaced.
A typical three bedrooms and a lounge room house with a total 60sqm tiles takes around 2 hours to inspect, chemical application, and pressure wash. If necessary, moving furniture around, can make the process longer.
You can walk on your tiles straight ahead after the pressure washing is done. It will be slippery right after the cleaning so we recommend giving it at least 30 mins for drying. If you still have to walk to pick up something from the wet area we can supply a shoe cover to protect your tiles from getting dirty while wet.
Normally it takes around 1-2 hours. It generally depends on the type of the tiles and the weather. If the weather is too cold or there is extra humidity it may take longer as well. Under those conditions, it may take up to 3-4 hours.
In places not older than 10 years the grout would not come out. But if the grout is too old some parts of it will already be loose and those parts are going to come out. After the cleaning, the tile and grout will be clean of any dirt. You can see the gaps clearly so that you can do re-grouting much easier.
