You can walk on your carpet straight ahead after the steam cleaning is done. Make sure your shoes are not heavily soiled. While stepping out from wet carpet to floorboard or tile areas it may be slippery. So please be extra cautious.
Normally it takes around 6-8 hours. It generally depends on the condition of the carpet and the weather. If your carpet is heavily soiled, we have to use more steam and it takes longer than normal to dry. If the weather is too cold or there is extra humidity it may take longer as well. Under those conditions, it may take up to 12-16 hours.
All stains are different and each one has a different process of treatment. We do the stain treatment using proper products but we can not promise stain removal. In general, 90% of stains can be removed if treated within a week. As time passes the stains may become permanent, especially pet urine stains.
