How long does it take to clean the couches?

A typical three seater couch takes around 1 hour to inspect, pre-spray, and steam clean. Heavily soiled couches, vacuuming if necessary, moving furniture around, stain treatment can make the process longer.

Do you offer couch protection service?

When you get a protection spray right after steam cleaning you get 50% discount which means you can have both steam cleaning and protection for $45 for each seating position.

How long does it take for couches to dry after cleaning?

Normally it takes around 4-6 hours. It generally depends on the fabric of the couch and the weather. If your couch is heavily soiled, we have to use more steam and it takes longer than normal to dry. If the weather is too cold or there is extra humidity it may take longer as well. Under those conditions, it may take up to 12 hours.

Do you guarantee to remove the stains?

All stains are different and each one has a different process of treatment. We do the stain treatment using proper products but we can not promise stain removal. In general, 90% of stains can be removed if treated within a week. As time passes the stains may become permanent, especially pet urine stains. We recommend stain treatment ASAP for tea, coffee, red wine, pet urine, and vomit stain.
