Are carpet cleaning chemicals safe?

Yes. The products we use are 100% biodegradable and safe for pets or humans.

How long does it take to clean the carpets?

A typical three bedrooms and a lounge room house carpets take around 1 hour to inspect, pre-spray, and steam clean. Heavily soiled carpets, vacuuming if necessary, moving furniture around, stain treatment can make the process longer.

When can I walk on my carpet after steam cleaning?

You can walk on your carpet straight ahead after the steam cleaning is done. Make sure your shoes are not heavily soiled. While stepping out from wet carpet to floorboard or tile areas it may be slippery. So please be extra cautious.

How long does it take for carpet to dry after cleaning?

Normally it takes around 6-8 hours. It generally depends on the condition of the carpet and the weather. If your carpet is heavily soiled, we have to use more steam and it takes longer than normal to dry. If the weather is too cold or there is extra humidity it may take longer as well. Under those conditions, it may take up to 12-16 hours.

Do you guarantee to remove the stains?

All stains are different and each one has a different process of treatment. We do the stain treatment using proper products but we can not promise stain removal. In general, 90% of stains can be removed if treated within a week. As time passes the stains may become permanent, especially pet urine stains. We recommend stain treatment ASAP for tea, coffee, red wine, pet urine, and vomit stain.
